Our Mission
At Melba Jean Disability and Stroke Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional NDIS support. Our mission is to empower individuals facing disabilities and recovery from strokes through tailored support services. We are a family owed business dedicated to our Grand Mother Melba Jean, who had multiple strokes at 30 years old.

Specialized In Home Support
At MJDS, we walk alongside people on their journey, providing tailored support with in‑home care, community access, transport, cleaning and much more. Our focus is on caring for your loved one with respect, compassion and reliability.
Registered Nursing
At MJDS, our registered nurses provide skilled clinical care in the comfort of your home, working alongside you, your family and your wider health team to keep you safe, well and supported. From medication and wound care to complex health needs and ongoing monitoring, our nursing team delivers person‑centred care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life.
Physical Therapy
At MJDS, our support workers make it easier to follow your physical therapy plan at home and in the community. We can help you complete your prescribed exercises safely and correctly in your own space, encourage you to stay on track with your goals, and build your confidence over time. Our team also provides reliable transport and support to get you to and from physiotherapy and other health appointments, staying with you if needed so you feel supported every step of the way
Occupational Therapy
At MJDS, our support workers collaborate closely with your occupational therapist to make everyday life safer, easier and more independent. We follow your OT’s recommendations and strategies, tailoring our support to your specific goals, routines and sensory or environmental needs so your care feels consistent, coordinated and truly individualised.
